  • Funding tables updated to include Federal Fiscal Years 2023 and 2024
  • Dates changed to include Federal Fiscal Year 2024.
  • Data Sources for Objective 3.3, Indicator 3.2, “Number of annual consumer barrier surveys completed” now includes:
    • Annual consumer barriers survey data (included before amendment.)
    • Wisconsin Coalition of Independent Living Centers (WCILC) quarterly reports (included before amendment.)
    • Number of Independent Living Center (ILC)/Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) staff and board members engaged in systems advocacy (added for amendment.)
    • Number of consumers that identify advocacy goals in Independent Living Plans (ILPs) (added for amendment.)
