Federal Statute 45 CFR § 1329.17 General Requirements for State Plan
Notice is given that the Statewide Independent Living Council, known as the Independent Living Council of Wisconsin (ILCW) will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the 2025 – 2027 State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) related to the financial tables.

Analysis of Changes/Amendment
Following ILCW’s approval of the 2024-2025 State Plan for Independent Living, the Council was provided with an increase to its Innovation and Expansion funding. Due to this increase in funding, an amendment to the 2025-2027 SPIL is necessary.
- Funding Tables updated to include Innovation and Expansion Funding Increase for Federal Fiscal Year 2025.
- Funding Tables updated to include direction of some Part B Funding to the Wisconsin Coalition of Independent Living Centers (WCILC).
- Narratives updated to reflect the increase in Innovation and Expansion funding and additional Part B funding directed to WCILC.
Fiscal Estimate – Economic Impact
There is no fiscal estimate or economic impact of the proposed changes in the SPIL amendment.
